Taffy Dumpsters may also use third parties to process payments. If you provide payment-card information, that information may be transmitted directly to the payment processor. Taffy Dumpsters should not store complete card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment credentials unless it has a legitimate business need and uses appropriate safeguards.

Our Site may include links to Facebook, Instagram, mapping services, or other third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of websites and platforms we do not control. The Site currently directs users to Facebook and Instagram in addition to its Calendly reservation process.

6. Marketing Choices

You may opt out of promotional email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

If you receive promotional text messages from us, you may opt out by replying STOP to the message or following the instructions included in the message. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of promotional messages will not stop non-promotional communications, such as messages about an active reservation, delivery, pickup, billing, safety, or legal notices.

We will not send recurring automated marketing texts or calls without any consent required under applicable law.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide requested services and support
